Hello! Thanks for reading my bio! In a nutshell, I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Health Coach. I started practicing yoga after moving to Philadelphia in 2007; the practice created such space for me and I fell in love. My mission is to pay it forward. In 2012, I completed my 200hr RYT with Verge Yoga in Wayne, Pennsylvania. I am certified to teach many disciplines of yoga including Stationary Series, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa. All styles are an all levels practice and are centered around breath and mindfulness. My services as a Health Coach include but are not limited to Nutrition Coaching, Lifestyle Coaching, and Fitness Coaching. I would like to see myself as a catalyst in your transformation; I am here to help you be the best version of yourself possible. I want to help you live a happy, free and empowered life.
Off the mat, I am a wife, mother of 2 boys and UMW Eagles Fanatic! I teach yoga, meditation and mindfulness to the Varsity Athletes at UMW during the school year. I love sunny days just as much as the rainy ones, spending time with my boys and exploring our new surroundings in Fredericksburg, VA!
