Life can be overwhelming. In the hustle of daily routines, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. My mission is to help you navigate these challenges and empower you to become the best version of yourself. Whether you’re looking to break a bad habit, improve your diet, or begin a yoga practice, I am here to guide you every step of the way. I believe that empowerment starts from within. My goal is to help you feel your best—inside and out.

MY JOURNEY

I took my first yoga class at Verge Yoga in Wayne, PA and was immediately hooked. Initially drawn to the physical benefits, I soon realized the deeper, life-changing impacts yoga had on my mind and soul.

In 2012, I enrolled in a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program at Verge Yoga, which set me on a path of personal growth and self-awareness. My journey introduced me to the principles of stillness, discipline & moderation, which I now apply to every aspect of my life. I began to pay closer attention to what I consumed, how much I exercised, and the importance of rest. This shift was a turning point, and I knew then that I needed to share this experience with others.

My family relocated to Fredericksburg, VA in 2014 and I quickly became involved in the local community. Since then, I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness to individuals of all backgrounds. I teach yoga classes at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Downtown Fredericksburg & offer meditation/mindfulness coaching to college athletes at the University of Mary Washington. Over the years I've helped build a vibrant yoga community in the area and host annual 200 Hour Teacher Training Programs, in which more than 40 yoga instructors have graduated from so far.

 

I believe that every teacher is a student first, which is why in 2017, I enrolled in a one-on-one 500 hour training program with Rolf Gates. Today, I am a 500 Hour E-RYT and own a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher School, both verified by Yoga Alliance.

In addition to my yoga training, I hold two health coaching certifications:

ACE Certified Health Coach (2013)

Certified Holistic Nutrition and Health Counselor (2020), Institute for Integrative Nutrition

With certifications in yoga, health coaching and nutrition, I take a holistic approach to well-being. Together, we’ll work on your physical health, mindfulness, and lifestyle habits to create sustainable, long-term changes.

I won’t sugarcoat it—personal growth and change require hard work. But that’s exactly where I come in. I’m doing what I was meant to do, living my passion, and continuously pushing my own boundaries.
