Agni is a Sanskrit term meaning "fire." As the god of fire, sacrifice and divine knowledge, Agni symbolizes the spark of life and energy inherent in all beings. This spark of Agni is present in every living thing.

Agni Flow offers a yoga-based practice designed to cultivate heat and transformation from within. Through music, repetition and bodyweight movement, this class builds intensity, channeling the inner fire to transform resistance, doubt and anxiety into confidence, trust and empowerment. Using yoga flows and breathwork, we intentionally calm the body and mind after moments of catharsis, anchoring awareness and fostering balance.

Savasana for deep relaxation and personal reflection
Agni Flow is suitable for all experience levels. It is not a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) yoga class and no equipment is necessary; however, you may choose to use wrist or ankle weights for extra resistance. The practice emphasizes mindfulness, encouraging you to meet yourself with compassion and without judgment.
