The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj”, which means “to yoke” the spirit and physical body together. Yoga has evolved over thousands of years to embrace a wide range of styles and disciplines.
My practice incorporates linking breath to movement while incorporating mindfulness in how me move, how we think and how we respond. I teach from my heart, from a place of vulnerability and strength. I believe that yoga can be accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, flexibility or fitness level. I would love to have you in class, please come see me!
