The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj”, which means “to yoke” the spirit and physical body together. Yoga has evolved over thousands of years to embrace a wide range of styles and disciplines. My practice incorporates linking breath to movement while incorporating mindfulness in how me move, how we think and how we respond. I teach from my heart, from a place of vulnerability and strength. I believe that yoga can be accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, flexibility or fitness level. I would love to have you in class, please come see me!

Hi! I am so lifted reading everything about you and what you offer. I live in Fredericksburg, currently go to Dragon Fly for classes. I am very interested in finding a YTT program locally and I would love more information about what you offer and how I can start my journey. Hi Emily! I’m glad to hear you are practicing at Dragonfly. I ended a YTT in 2022 and don’t have dates set for my next but can keep you posted. Dragonfly may host a 200hour YTT as well so stay in touch with the studio about this as an option too. Hope to see you in class soon!
